We strive for comprehensive coverage but 100% coverage from public sources cannot be guaranteed. If you notice a source is missing, let us know and we will add it to our monitoring list.

If you find a gap in coverage, you can submit the website URL through the platform. We will review and add it to our list of sources if it matches our target source type.

Yes — you can start a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial you can search and filter active proposals, set up alerts, and unlock the full content of up to 5 proposals. When your trial ends, your account reverts to free Public access until you choose a paid plan.

Cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate or refund the remaining portion.

You can search by keyword and narrow results with filters for state, service region, utility, ISO/balancing authority (grid operator), status, and 200+ industry categories. Search and filters are available on Trial and Paid plans.

For most proposals you can view the key details directly on ProposalAlert. A small number of agencies require you to log in on their own portal to download the official documents — in those cases we link you straight to the source so you can register and access them there.
