12.5MVA Dead Front Mobile Substation

The City of Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) Department is soliciting competitive bids for the manufacturing and delivery of a 12.5 MVA dead front mobile substation. The mobile substation shall be a single trailer configuration and must meet all requirements specified in the technical specifications document. This procurement follows the Labor & Materials (Competitive Bidding PMC 4.08.045) template.

All federal contract provisions and terms and conditions apply to this procurement. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in mobile substation manufacturing and delivery through the required forms and documentation.
