SDG&E is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) to solicit offers involving Resource Adequacy (RA) capacity. Respondents may submit offers for System RA (NP-15 or SP15), Local San Diego-IV RA, and/or Import RA at select intertie Schedule Points including MALIN500, MEAD230, NOB, or PVWEST. SDG&E would buy System RA, Local SD-IV RA, and Import RA. Respondents may offer import RA at other intertie points if import allocations at those locations are included in the proposal. The RFO requires completion of the Offer Form and Confirmation Template. A Credit Application must be submitted by any Respondent selected for the shortlist. Multiple offers are acceptable. The RFO includes a Pre-Bid Conference Call on August 20, 2014.
