Request for Proposal to acquire up to 169 MW of Load Reduction and/or Power Production resources to meet the expected peak load requirements until at least 2022 in the South Fork, and until 2030 in the east of Buell subarea in Long Island. Successful bidders of Power Production resources would enter a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with LIPA. Successful bidders of Load Reduction resources would enter a 20-year Energy Service Agreement (ESA) with PSEG Long Island.
