San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) seeks to sell 2022, 2023, and 2024 Local Resource Adequacy (RA) and 2022, 2023, 2024 System RA capacity products with load serving entities, marketers and generators. Respondents may submit proposals for Local SD-IV RA (with or without Flex; with Flex Category 1, 2, or 3) available in Calendar, Quarterly, or Monthly terms, and System RA (with or without Flex; with Flex Category 1, 2, or 3) available in Calendar, Quarterly, or Monthly terms. The solicitation requires completion of the Proposal Form and Confirmation Template. Respondents selected for the shortlist must submit a Credit Application with required supporting information.
