Request for proposals to acquire up to 345 MW of installed capacity electrically located in the New England Control Area that is eligible to qualify as Long Island Locational ICAP under NYISO Rules. The Contract Capacity may be provided by aggregating capacity from more than one generating resource. The minimum Contract Capacity that may be offered is 25 MW of ICAP. The requested capacity, when combined with LIPA's transmission rights associated with the Cross Sound Cable, will contribute to meeting LIPA's Long Island Locational installed capacity obligation. The capacity is requested for one or both of the following NYISO Capability Years: May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025 and May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
