2023 or Newer Four-Door Electric Vehicles

The Pasadena Department of Transportation (DOT) Parking Division is procuring up to five (5) used four-door, all-electric Chevy Bolt vehicles, all white in color, for use by field personnel. The vehicles will support departmental growth and be used for daily city driving up to 100 miles. The City may choose to purchase fewer than five vehicles based on departmental needs.

All bids must include warranty coverage and at least 15,000 miles of coverage. The City does not require or need a maintenance plan. All bids will remain valid for six months unless specified otherwise.

Submission Requirements: Bidders must complete all required forms including the Declaration of Noncolusion, provide a Unique Entity ID (SAM), complete the DoIT Technical Questionnaire, and submit disclosure of lobbying activities. HUD Federal Package documentation (less than $200K threshold) must be included. Responses must be submitted by September 12, 2024 at 9:00 PM Pacific Time.
