Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced solar and storage installation companies (Proposers) to build, finance, own, operate and maintain behind-the-meter battery energy storage and solar photovoltaic systems at 12 public facilities across Los Angeles County and Ventura County. The projects will be part of CPA's Power Ready program, which has been administered to support community reliability efforts in its service territory by providing public agencies with an on-site energy resiliency project that also provides significant community benefit and demand response capabilities to CPA. The successful Proposer will be required to enter into a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement, for all 12 sites, with CPA and Lease Agreement with each site host.
