PacifiCorp is offering Oregon Clean Fuels Program (CFP) Credits for sale. The minimum amount of credits bid by a prospective buyer should not be less than 100 credits. PacifiCorp is not setting a maximum number of CFP credits offered at this time and may in its discretion limit the maximum number of credits for which it accepts bids. Credits will be transferred via the online Oregon Fuels Reporting System under the OR CFP and CFP Rules. The sale will be governed by the Oregon Clean Fuels Program Credit Sales Agreement, with all terms of sale set forth in that agreement.
