SDG&E is issuing a Request for Proposals to solicit qualified parties to form SDG&E's pool of Independent Evaluators (IE) for 2025-2027. The RFP seeks to establish a roster of independent evaluators who will provide evaluation services as needed by SDG&E. Respondents must complete all required submittals including questionnaires, scope of work documentation, pricing information, DBE subcontracting plans, confidentiality acknowledgments, and comply with general terms and conditions and information security requirements. The Independent Evaluators will be responsible for evaluating various matters as defined in the scope of work during the 2025-2027 contract period.
