PSEG Long Island, as agent of and acting on behalf of LIPA, issued a request for proposals to procure up to 345 MW of Capacity from one or more generating facilities located in the New England Control Area for the NYISO Capability Years 2027-2028, 2028-2029, 2029-2030, 2030-2031, and 2031-2032. The capacity must be eligible to qualify as Locational Installed Capacity for Long Island (Load Zone K) under the applicable NYISO Rules. Each proposal must offer a minimum of 25 MW from a single project.
