Public Service Company of Oklahoma ("PSO") and Southwestern Electric Power Company ("SWEPCO") have issued a joint 2025 SPP Capacity RFP to obtain up to 350 megawatts (MW) in 2028 and 600 MW in 2029 and 2030 of accredited deliverable electric generating capacity from one or more resources within the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) to supply the needs of SWEPCO and PSO's customers.
