Puget Sound Energy (PSE) plans to issue a Voluntary Request for Proposal (RFP) for utility-scale CETA-compliant Energy and Capacity. PSE will use an online submission portal to receive proposals. A schedule, relevant documents, and a link to the portal will be published on the website when the RFP is issued.
