230/69KV Auto Transformer Replacement SUB-AT-230-G-3

Lakeland Electric is seeking a qualified and experienced manufacturer and/or supplier to deliver one (1) high voltage power transformer with load tap changer. The transformer shall be designed per specification document SUB-AT-230-G-3 and meet all applicable codes, requirements, and regulations. The unit is specified as a Substation Power Auto Transformer 230 kV/69 kV with ONAN/ONAF/ONAF cooling configuration and 65-degree Celsius rise rating. Delivery shall be F.O.B. jobsite with full freight allowed.

Key dates include a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for August 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Questions and clarifications must be submitted by October 3, 2025 at 9:00 PM. The proposal submission deadline is October 24, 2025 at 7:30 PM. All bids must be submitted in accordance with this Invitation to Bid, the specification document SUB-AT-230-G-3, and all referenced codes and regulations.

Bidders must complete all required documents including the vendor questionnaire, pricing proposal, and submit evidence of insurance and safety compliance. The bid sheet for the auto transformer is provided as attachment H. Foundation plans, transformer outlines, and comprehensive drawings are included in the attachments for reference. All indemnification requirements must be satisfied according to the applicable contractor or consultant agreements provided.
