25-0073 Blower Maintenance, On-call Repair, and Replacement Services

New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is soliciting sealed proposals for blower maintenance, on-call repair, and replacement services. The contract will cover ongoing maintenance activities, emergency repair services, and replacement of blower equipment as needed to support NBU's operational infrastructure.

Proposals must be sealed and submitted to the New Braunfels Utilities Purchasing Department at 355 FM 306, New Braunfels, Texas 78130, addressed to the Purchasing Manager. The submission deadline is November 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Time. NBU will not accept any late proposals, and the facility is not open for weekend or holiday deliveries.

Proposal opening will occur on November 13, 2025 at 3:00 PM Central Time via videoconference. Respondents may observe and participate through video link https://video.cloudoffice.avaya.com/join/552601010 or by telephone at +1(213)463-4500, access code 552-601-1010. At the opening, NBU will read aloud the name of each respondent and the monetary component of their proposals.

All respondents must register as an NBU vendor at www.publicpurchase.com to receive RFP documents and any addenda. RFP documents are available at www.publicpurchase.com or by email request to purchasing@nbutexas.com. Questions about the proposal must be submitted by the Q&A deadline of November 6, 2025 at 10:00 PM. NBU reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive formalities or technicalities, and hold proposals for 120 days without taking action. Respondents must hold their proposals firm for the same 120-day period.
