26-0094 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER ENGINEERING PROJECTS AND RELATED SERVICES

New Braunfels Utilities seeks a qualified engineering firm to provide a Statement of Qualification for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Water and Wastewater Capital Improvement Plan and development team. The successful respondent must provide comprehensive services including program administration of construction management and inspection services, construction management oversight, and construction inspection for water and wastewater engineering projects.

The selected firm must hold all necessary licenses and certifications in the state of Texas to perform all applicable professional services and must comply with all governing professional ethics rules in its relationship with NBU. Services will support the ongoing capital improvement initiatives for water and wastewater infrastructure.

Key Dates: Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled for April 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM. Questions and Answers deadline is May 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Proposal submission deadline is May 18, 2026 at 7:00 PM.
