The work will be performed on a fixed price (not-to-exceed) basis based on hourly rates from master contracts. Proposals must include all required information in the order listed and be limited to ten single-sided pages excluding resumes. Resumes should not exceed two pages each. The evaluation criteria match those used in the underlying RFP. The project requires a Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience as a Business Relationship Manager, Business Analyst, or similar liaison role.
