EPCOR is undertaking a strategically planned, phased transformation to replace its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems with modern, cloud-based solutions. The initiative encompasses the full lifecycle replacement of aging systems, disparate technologies, and inconsistent processes currently in use across EPCOR. This transformation aims to streamline operations, align processes to industry standards, and reduce long-term technical debt.

The project is structured in multiple phases with a total duration of 84 months. This is Part A of the solicitation, focusing on systems implementation services. Proponents selected for Part A will be invited to participate in Part B for pricing and detailed proposals. Access to Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of this NRFP is subject to completion of a confidentiality agreement and the proponent meeting mandatory requirements, as detailed in section 1.6 Confidentiality Agreement of the Main Body document.

Key dates include a question deadline of May 11, 2026 at 2:01 PM MDT for clarifications on the bid documents. Submissions must be hard copy only and sent to the specified email address. The bid closing date and submission deadline is May 22, 2026 at 2:00:59 PM MDT. All bid submissions must be in English unless otherwise specified in the bid documents.

Proponents must review the Main Body document along with Exhibit 1 and multiple addenda (Addendum 1 through 4) that provide essential details and clarifications. Mandatory requirements for participation and confidentiality agreements must be satisfied prior to accessing restricted appendices.
