EPCOR is undertaking a strategically planned, phased transformation to replace its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems with modern, cloud-based solutions. This initiative encompasses the full lifecycle replacement of aging systems, disparate technologies, and inconsistent processes currently in use across EPCOR, with the objective of streamlining operations, aligning processes to industry standards, and reducing long-term technical debt.

Part A of this solicitation focuses specifically on Systems Implementation Services for the ERP and EAM platform replacement. The project is structured as a two-part RFP, with Part A addressing implementation services and Part B to follow. Successful proponents from Part A will be invited to participate in Part B. The total project duration is 84 months.

Key dates include a Question Deadline of Monday, May 11, 2026 at 2:01 PM MDT, and a Bid Closing Date of Friday, May 22, 2026 at 2:00:59 PM MDT. Access to Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 requires completion of a confidentiality agreement and meeting of mandatory requirements as detailed in Section 1.6 of the Main Body document.

Bid submissions must be submitted in hard copy format only to elee-yap@epcor.com. This is a negotiated procurement process. Proponents must comply with the confidentiality agreement conditions outlined in Section 1.6 of the Main Body. The solicitation is issued in English, and all submission documentation is required in English unless otherwise specified.
