83D Timeline

The Section 83D Request for Proposals (RFP) is a solicitation issued by the Massachusetts electric distribution companies for long-term contracts to procure offshore wind and other clean energy generation. All schedule milestones were subject to change at the Evaluation Team's discretion.

The solicitation is administered through the Distribution Companies website at MACleanEnergy.com, where any changes to the schedule up to and including the due date for submission of proposals are posted. Bidders were directed to monitor the website for updates, question and answer postings, and procurement documents throughout the process. The Evaluation Team manages the procurement and reserves the right to revise the schedule as necessary or to establish a schedule that is different from the one set forth in the RFP.
