ACES/SIPC – MISO Capacity and Energy RFP

Southern Illinois Power Cooperative (SIPC), a generation and transmission cooperative, is soliciting proposals to meet future capacity requirements in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) regional transmission organization. SIPC provides wholesale electric power to seven member distribution cooperatives and the city of McLeansboro in Illinois, with all load operating as part of MISO.

The RFP seeks capacity and energy resources to serve SIPC's requirements for Planning Years 2032/2033 through 2037/2038 and beyond. Respondents are encouraged to propose various resource types and configurations that can meet the cooperative's future generation and capacity needs within the MISO footprint.
