Anhydrous Ammonia Bulk Delivery to McIntosh Power Plant

The City of Lakeland is soliciting bids for the supply and bulk delivery of anhydrous ammonia to Unit #5 at the C.D. McIntosh Jr. Power Plant, with potential future deliveries to a planned McIntosh Reciprocating Engine Project. The anhydrous ammonia must be dry commercial grade with a minimum purity of 99.5%. Bidders shall price their proposals on a cost per ton basis delivered to the jobsite.

Submission and Requirements:
Bidders must complete all required forms including the Vendor Questionnaire, Pricing Proposal, and Bid Sheet (Exhibit A). Proposals must be submitted through the designated procurement portal. All vendors must comply with insurance and safety requirements, including completion of the Contractor Safety Evaluation Form and the Process Safety Management (PSM) Contractor Annual Audit Form. Indemnification agreements are required from all vendors.
