Annual Service Agreement for Electric ROW Tree Trimming and Clearing

The City of College Station is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform right-of-way tree trimming and removal services within the Electric Service area of College Station, Texas. The scope includes tree trimming, removal, and vegetation clearing services throughout the city's electric utility right-of-way area as specified in the Request for Proposal documents.

The City intends to select a single contractor to accomplish all services outlined in the RFP under an Annual Service Agreement for a term of three years. Electronic response packages must be submitted to the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (Bidding System) by 2:00 p.m. CST on June 16, 2026. Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. An online response tutorial is available through the bidding system.
