As-Needed Rental of Insulation Analyzer & Relay Tester - FY26

The City of Pasadena Water & Power Department, Power Delivery Division seeks a qualified vendor to provide as-needed rental of specialized electrical testing equipment, specifically insulation analyzers and relay testers. The vendor must be prepared to deliver equipment upon request throughout the fiscal year, with flexible terms to accommodate the Department's maintenance and testing requirements for power distribution operations.
