AS-NEEDED SURVEY CONSULTANT SERVICES

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department (PWP), Power Delivery Division, is soliciting proposals from qualified professional surveying firms to provide as-needed survey consultant services on a three-year contract basis, with one optional one-year extension at the City's discretion.

The selected firm will provide comprehensive land surveying field and office services for various City projects as directed. Services include preparation of legal descriptions and plats for easements, boundary and topographic survey work, subdivision map checking, and right-of-way mapping. The estimated annual budget for these services is $60,000.

Qualified surveying firms must complete all required forms and disclosures, including disqualification disclosure, conflict of interest declarations, relevant experience forms, and federal certifications. The contract will be subject to City requirements, insurance requirements, information technology requirements, State of California prevailing wages, HUD requirements, and federal contract provisions.
