Ava Community Energy (Ava) and San Jose Clean Energy (SJCE) are soliciting competitive proposals for the sale and purchase of renewable or low carbon energy and/or energy storage. The RFO focuses on long-term renewable power and storage resources. The solicitation includes opportunities for various project types including RPS (Renewable Portfolio Standard) projects, RPS plus storage projects, stand-alone storage projects, and Cluster 15/Tranche 2 projects. Detailed evaluation criteria will be used to assess counterparty execution risk, offer competitiveness, and development status risk. Projects with executed IPE Offtake Agreements will be offered IPE Commercial Interest Points.
