B005-23 ROBINDALE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT VACTOR TRUCK DISPOSAL FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS

This project involves the design and construction improvements to the vactor truck disposal facility at the Robindale Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP) operated by Brownsville Public Utilities (BPUB). The scope includes facility improvements to support vactor truck operations, which are essential for wastewater system maintenance and cleaning operations.

The project was solicited through formal competitive bidding with RFP Number B005-23. Two addenda were issued during the bidding process (Addendum #1 and Addendum #2) to provide clarifications and additional information to bidders.
