The tasks required in Type C services include, but are not limited to: Provide responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries, Pre-Bid Inquiries, and Requests for Information from the construction contractor. Address change orders by providing updated proposed change sheets, cost estimates, drawings, and specifications. Provide record drawings and commissioning report(s) upon completion of construction. Perform construction inspections as required to effectively provide services.
