BID IFP 24-02 LOCATE SERVICES

This invitation for proposal (IFP) seeks qualified contractors to furnish all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide underground electric and fiber optic line locating services. The scope includes comprehensive underground facilities locating and marking in accordance with the Underground Facilities Locating and Marking Agreement. The service area is defined in the accompanying IFPServiceArea document.

The proposal was published on August 25, 2023 at 8:00 AM and closed on September 12, 2023 at 1:30 PM. Two addenda were issued during the bidding period (Addendum 00010 and Addendum 2), which are available in the related documents.

Contractors should review all related documentation including the 2024 Locate Bid specifications, the Underground Facilities Locating and Marking Agreement, and both addenda to ensure full compliance with all requirements and any modifications to the original specifications.
