Blanket Contract for Powdered Activated Carbon

This is a sealed bid request for a blanket contract to supply powdered activated carbon. The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is seeking competitive bids from qualified suppliers for the provision of powdered activated carbon through a blanket purchase agreement.

Submission Requirements and Deadlines: Bids must be submitted through the Bid Express website (www.bidexpress.com) by 23 May 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Time. Bidders must be registered with Bid Express to view tender documents and submit proposals. Registration with Bid Express is free but there is a cost associated with uploading proposals. No bids will be accepted via phone, fax, voicemail, or email.

Questions and Answers: The Q&A period for this project will close on 15 May 2025 at 12:00 PM CST. All questions and answers must be processed through the Bid Express website only; no Q&A will be processed through any other communication method.

Cancellation Notice: After further review of the current contract, GRDA has announced the cancellation of this RFQ.
