Broken and Critical Valve Replacements

This project involves the installation of new and/or removal and replacement of water valves ranging in size from 2-inch to 18-inch across ten (10) different New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) sites. The scope of work includes storm water pollution prevention, site restoration, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the project. The project has been designed by Utility Engineering Group, PLLC.

Key dates for this solicitation include a Pre-Proposal meeting scheduled for July 10, 2025 at 6:30 PM, a Q&A deadline of July 14, 2025 at 9:00 PM, and a proposal submission deadline of July 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM. All submissions must be made through the designated procurement portal.

Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the complete RFP document, which includes detailed specifications and construction drawings. Bidders should review all attachments including the RFP 25-0095 document, construction drawings, and technical specifications prior to submission to ensure compliance with all project requirements and standards.
