Con Edison and Orange & Rockland are seeking bids for scheduling and dispatch rights for distribution and transmission connected energy storage systems that will achieve commercial operation by end of 2030. Eligible Phase One bidders have been invited to submit a Phase Two offer. The RFP includes numerous detailed appendices covering bidder qualifications, technical information, permitting, scheduling, financial requirements, site control, electric interconnection, warranties, and other criteria. The proposal requires comprehensive documentation as outlined in the multiple appendices.
