C&I Existing Building Commissioning Qualified Service Provider Application

The Mass Save EBCx Offering is a program that supports customers in commissioning their existing buildings to improve energy efficiency and performance. The program recruits and manages a network of approved Qualified Service Providers (QSPs) who directly engage with customers throughout the commissioning process.

QSPs are responsible for understanding customer needs and goals related to building commissioning, executing commissioning work at customer facilities, and providing all required data and documentation necessary for participation in the EBCx offering. QSPs must also populate the Offering's provided savings calculators to document energy savings and other performance improvements achieved through the commissioning work.

The program operates through a formal QSP network membership system, with interested service providers required to register and join the network to participate. Registration can be completed as a new user or with a registration code obtained from an existing organizational member. Once registered, QSPs gain access to the trade ally portal and can begin engaging with customers referred to the program.
