Cabling Services

ERCOT is seeking a qualified respondent to provide as-needed cabling services. The scope of this procurement involves identifying and contracting with a vendor capable of delivering cabling services to support ERCOT's operational and infrastructure requirements.

Respondents must register for a free supplier account through the Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) platform to participate in this procurement process. The platform will be used to manage all submission-related activities, including viewing request details, asking questions through the WSS message center, collaborating with team members, and submitting bids.

Key dates for this procurement are as follows: RFP Release Date is January 7, 2026; Optional Notice of Intent to Propose is due January 13, 2026; Respondent Questions are due January 13, 2026; Response to Respondent Questions will be sent January 16, 2026; and Respondent Proposals are due January 23, 2026. Respondent presentations may be scheduled if needed, with specific dates to be determined. The anticipated contract award and contract start date are also to be determined.

All communications regarding this RFP must be directed to the specified ERCOT Point of Contact. Communications with other ERCOT staff concerning this RFP are prohibited, and failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification of the proposal.
