Its strategy includes, but is not limited to, negotiating complex long-term contracts for CFE such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) in the Vertically Integrated and Retail Choice markets. CFE Program Office requires technical expertise and advisory, consulting, and program management services to assist GSA in the identifying, negotiating and awarding long-term contracts for CFE such as PPAs.
