Carters Creek WWTP Filter Improvements

This project involves the construction of a new effluent filter and UV disinfection structure at the Carter Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The scope of work includes installation of pumps, SCADA equipment, effluent filters, UV disinfection systems, hypochlorite injection building, pipeline systems, and demolition of existing structures. The project is located at Carter Creek WWTP, 2200 N Forest Parkway, College Station, Texas 77845.

Key dates include a Pre-Proposal Meeting scheduled for May 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT at the facility location, with a site visit following the meeting (highly recommended attendance). The question cutoff date is May 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT. Proposal submissions are due by June 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT. The proposal opening will be conducted via Zoom meeting on June 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT.

Required bid documents include a Bid Invitation, Technical Specifications (27.89 MB), detailed Plan Set (146.95 MB), Bid Form, and Addendum 1 addressing pre-proposal meeting location changes.
