CC1 Substation Transformer Replacement

The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of substation transformer equipment and materials for the CC1 Substation. Two transformer units are required to be purchased and delivered. The budget allocated for this procurement package is $9,000,000.

Deliverables and Timeline: Goods must be delivered and ready for installation by the Contractor no later than 36 months after receipt of the executed agreement. Offerors are encouraged to submit an alternate proposal if the 36-month delivery timeline cannot be met. Key dates include the Pre-Proposal Meeting scheduled for August 27, 2025 at 7:00 PM (local time), the Q&A Deadline of September 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM, and the Proposal Submission Deadline of October 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM.
