If funding is secured, the Cherokee Nation will issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). All future RFPs issued by Cherokee Nation include Indian Preference as a consideration for award, granted only to bidders providing proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO).
