Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is soliciting sealed bids for a transmission-related project. The bid submission process is conducted exclusively through the Bid Express platform at https://www.bidexpress.com. Prospective bidders must be registered with Bid Express to access the solicitation documents and submit proposals. There is a fee to upload quotes and proposals through the platform.

A mandatory job site examination and pre-bid meeting will be held on February 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time at GRDA Transmission & Engineering Headquarters, 635 Hwy 69A, Pryor, OK 74362. Attendance at this pre-bid meeting is required, and failure to attend will disqualify prospective bidders from submitting a bid. A site visit to the job site will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting. All statements made by GRDA at this meeting are informational only, and the final contract terms will govern the engagement.

The Question Submission Deadline is February 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time. Questions must be submitted within the RFP on the Bid Express website and will not be answered via phone, fax, or email. The Bid Submission Deadline is February 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time. Bid Opening will take place on the Bid Express website with no public opening ceremony. All bids must be submitted through Bid Express; no bids or proposals will be accepted via phone, mail, fax, or email.
