The Commissioning Team will include representatives of the City of Orlando (Owner), Design A/E, General Contractor, Installing Subcontractors, and Commissioning Provider (CxP). The Proposer (General Contractor) shall include the Installing Subcontractors as part of their Proposal. The CxP services will be provided by or sub-contracted by the Design A/E. The CxP for this project is TLC Engineering Solutions (Electrical Systems).
