The City of Geneva is seeking professional consulting services to perform and integrate a comprehensive Resource Plan as required by Illinois Revised Statute and various Public Acts, including but not limited to the Illinois Clean and Reliable Grid Act and the Municipal and Cooperative Utility Transparent Planning Act. The consultant will provide professional services in all aspects of the performance of the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). The scope includes comprehensive resource planning analysis and integration to ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements and transparent utility planning standards.
