The Innovation Solicitation focuses on evaluating and advancing a diverse range of early-stage, innovative clean energy technologies, new business models, customer programs, and procurement ideas. It aims to identify and assess forward-thinking solutions for innovative clean energy projects in the development phase, novel business solutions, clean energy deployment strategies, streamlined procurement practices, and innovative programmatic solutions that would benefit CPA and CPA customers. The solicitation is organized into two tracks: Track 1 for Emerging Technologies (clean renewable or carbon-free power technologies providing generation and/or energy storage capabilities) and Track 2 for Business Models (new business models, contracting structures, customer programs, or partnerships with CPA).
