Clean Energy RFO

Southern California Edison (SCE) is issuing a Clean Energy Request for Offers (RFO) to procure clean energy resources pursuant to California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) decisions D.24-02-047 and D.26-02-057. This solicitation seeks offers for clean energy resources, including but not limited to renewable energy, energy storage, and resource adequacy products, to meet SCE's resource needs and support California's clean energy goals.

The RFO provides comprehensive documentation including an Offer Workbook, RFO Instructions, an Intake Form, and multiple Pro Forma Agreements covering base contracts, Resource Adequacy/financial tolling attachments, and Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) attachments. Additional required forms include a Site Control Acknowledgment Letter, Proposal Letter Guidelines, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Development Experience Attestation, Storage Multi-Use Declaration, and Interconnection Information Consent. All offer materials must be submitted via email to CleanEnergyRFO@sce.com with the Independent Evaluator copied at Alan.Taylor@sedwayconsulting.com.

This procurement is open to qualified developers and energy suppliers capable of delivering clean energy resources to SCE's service territory in California. SCE reserves the right to modify requirements or discontinue this procurement at its sole discretion without liability. SCE also reserves the right to select no offers, and no contract will be binding until executed by an authorized SCE representative and approved by the CPUC.
