All questions and inquiries related to this RFP must be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ocgov. Respondents are not to contact other County personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this RFP. County Procurement Services will provide all official communication concerning this RFP. Any response relevant to this RFP other than through or approved by County Procurement Services is unauthorized and will be considered invalid.
