ComEd 2026 RCx Service Provider RFQ

The ComEd Energy Efficiency Program (administered by Resource Innovations) issued a Request for Qualifications to add qualified engineering firms to its closed network of Retro-Commissioning (RCx) Service Providers. Service Providers perform RCx studies of eligible facilities over 50,000 sq.ft. and 100 kW peak demand (commercial office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, lodging and public buildings), driving customer-implemented low-cost operational energy-saving measures. Interested firms must qualify in RCx, provide sample reports, have ComEd-territory business development resources, and respond via the interest form by May 28, 2026; the RFQ releases June 1, 2026.
