Cape Light Compact is soliciting competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors for Program Management Services for the Commercial & Industrial Municipal Retrofit Initiative. The vendor must provide comprehensive services for municipal customers of all sizes, including customer contact management, engineering services, and application administration. Services include: determination of energy efficiency opportunities for each participant, installation of Direct Install measures, post-installation inspections, final calculation of energy savings, tracking and management of initiative budget, tracking of participation and savings results, outreach to municipalities, project file record creation and maintenance, customer intake and follow-up coordination, engineering and technical analyses, incentive commitment calculations, regular reporting on initiative pipeline and project statuses, and coordination with natural gas program administrator. The vendor must utilize a comprehensive whole-building approach to maximize energy efficiency program benefits and incentives. Services are required for projects on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard serving approximately 20,000 commercial customers.
