Commonwealth Edison Company Energy Efficiency Plan 7 RFP Announcement Brief

Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) is soliciting qualified Implementation Contractors to support Plan 7, ComEd's seventh energy efficiency and demand response plan covering the four-year period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2029. This Request for Proposal specifically targets the remaining three program years (Program Years 2027-2029), as Year 1 of Plan 7 (Program Year 2026) has already been awarded and is currently underway.

The Plan 7 RFP is part of a CRGA-driven refile process, requiring ComEd to update its approach for Program Years 2027-2029 while maintaining continuity with the approved first year of the Plan. All respondents must familiarize themselves with the newly applicable energy efficiency laws and the upcoming Revised Plan 7 filing and any accompanying documents.

The RFP seeks implementation support across ComEd's service territory in Illinois for energy efficiency and demand response program delivery during the specified three-year period.
