Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) is seeking applications from Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to assist in outreach efforts related to SVCE, its decarbonization programs, and income-qualified offerings. The selected partner will be responsible for several key outcomes including: conducting outreach and awareness campaigns, managing relationships and deliverables with four or five smaller CBOs in collaboration with SVCE staff, providing program application support in other languages, offering input on future program ideas, performing energy or community needs assessments, and data collection and evaluation. The selected CBO must be a 501(c)(3) organization or fiscally sponsored by one. The partner will implement active outreach campaigns, digital outreach campaigns, educational workshops, provide input on program design, establish partnerships with smaller CBOs, provide capacity building for smaller CBOs, collect and analyze data, and specifically recruit for the Full-Service Home Upgrades income-qualified program with a minimum of 50 completed installations per year. The partner will need to conduct community needs assessments to understand community awareness and education needs about energy assistance programs, rebates, and electrification technologies.
