This RFP seeks organizations to identify and develop 90-100 community-owned resilience hub sites. The grant recipient will be responsible for conducting community research, developing case studies, engaging with communities to define resilience hubs, identifying potential sites, gauging community interest, assisting in developing resilience hub concept plans, and reporting progress and perceived barriers. The work will focus on Equity Priority Communities within Ava's service area.
