Community Power Plan Support Services and Other Outreach Services
Orange County Power Authority seeks community organizations and nonprofits to conduct needs assessments, host listening sessions, and drive outreach across its service area, with particular focus on disadvantaged communities in member jurisdictions. Selected partners may also support the Equitable Building Decarbonization Direct Install Program, a Los Angeles County initiative offering direct installation services to reduce building emissions. OCPA will coordinate all partners through its contracted consultant, The Energy Coalition, to align community engagement efforts across program implementation.

OCPA is working with The Energy Coalition (TEC) as a contracted consultant for the development and implementation of the CPP, and selected partners will be expected to coordinate with TEC where overlap exists.
